компания "job&trip company" job responsibilities: advise investors on the options of real estate investment opportunities in dubai and other locations. travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with high-net worth individuals and organizations to promote, market and sell off-plan and ready properties. participate in exhibitions and promotional events attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing and new brokers. achieving client relationship targets and kpis as set by the head of sales. working closely with account managers and sales administration. escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. updating the crm and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients. liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. skills:- good communication and presentation skills are a must.- in addition to english, fluency in arabic/ russian / turkish / chinese / farsi / spanish / portuguese / french / italian is an advantage.- proven track record of achieving sales targets and job stability are a must. conditions: salary per month: 8000 aed + commission candidate must be from sales background (any industry is fine but not from retail or store sales) candidate must be able to understand and speak good english candidate must be willing to relocate to dubai in january (2023) – candidate will be given dubai work visa by company and an initial 15 days hotel stay.
