компания "crowne plaza moscow - park huaming" our mice sales manager will be responsible for: ·increase hotel revenue by handling incoming requests for groups and events (full reactive sales process cycle: inquiries/ calculation/ confirmation/ contracting/ event coordination/ follow up) ·negotiate with clients regarding events organization at the hotel, control all preparation for the client’s event and compliance with all the requirements of the client’s ·ensure direct communication with clients, confirmation / cancellation of requests on time ·maximize conversion for group and event requests in order to meet the hotelchr(39)s budget expectations by processing such requests and communication with customers in accordance with the sales strategy and positioning of the hotel ·analyze the business volume from companies and have information about the reasons for increase or decrease from the expected volume of the events ·site inspections with clients at the hotel ·coordinate with other departments to fulfill client event requests and needs ·receive feedback from the client, actively use written and oral feedback from the clients as a tool for organizing the most complete satisfaction survey of their needs and expectations our mice sales manager has the following qualifications: ·higher professional education and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the similar position in other international hotel chains ·excellent knowledge of opera pms & s&c, ms office, other hotel programs knowledge is an advantage ·strong communication and presentation skills, energizing, active and multitasking ·excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills oriented with an attention to details ·fluent english ·higher education compensation & benefits: ·competitive salary with bonus plan ·medical insurance ·comfortable office, friendly & experienced team ·career opportunities
