компания "наурыз" обязанности: to plan: - the process of acceptance of new facilities, maintenance and repair work; - technological process of operation and repair of buildings; - schedule for current and major repairs of buildings; organize and carry out: - acceptance of facilities for operation; - consideration and approval of project documentation; - technical acceptance of completed construction and repair work at the facilities. - participate in the work of commissions for the acceptance of construction projects and their commissioning. - participate in the development of plans for the repair of buildings and structures, draw up a list of repair work and the necessary materials for repair for each facility. - participate in checking the technical condition of buildings and structures. - prepare materials for the conclusion of contracts with contractors for the overhaul and current repairs of buildings and structures. - monitor the operation of buildings and structures. - draw up inspection reports and defective statements; - organize the work of contractors to perform work on warranty obligations during the current operation of buildings and structures, etc.; - participate in a warranty meeting. - quarterly take part in technical councils with the setting of tasks for the implementation of the plan for technological modernization of the enterprise for the coming quarter; - prepare in writing comments on the shortcomings of the work during the construction and operation of facilities. - to take part in operational meetings of the organization with the provision of information on objects, to bring up for discussion issues that require urgent solutions. - signs acts of acceptance of the quality of work performed to control: - daily work of contractors at the facilities and work schedule; - the quality of elimination of imperfections, defects by the contractor in a timely manner; - the quality of work of contractors during the current and major repairs of buildings; - expenditure of material resources for repair and construction work; - compliance with the rules and norms of the technical operation of the housing stock. требования: - higher architectural and construction education; - at least 5 years of experience as a construction supervisor; - ability to understand all drawings; - knowledge of norms and rules related to the construction of asg; - a clear concept of organizing the construction of an object, technological processes of pto; - norms and prices for the types of work being implemented, wage coefficients; - the procedure for conducting economic, financial activities with contractors and subcontractors; - knowledge of occupational health, safety and fire regulations; условия: - friendly team; - registration of employment in accordance with the labor legislation of the republic of kazakhstan;
