компания "наурыз" обязанности: - ensuring the use for its intended purpose, research and diagnostics of the technical condition, maintenance and restoration of the efficiency of heat engineering equipment, heat and power plants and in-house heat supply networks; - work on the implementation of diagnostic, repair and adjustment work on the equipment of heat metering units, booster pumping stations, heat exchangers, adjusts the automation elements of individual heating points and booster pumping stations, equipment and devices, registers the data obtained in the process of performing work, and processes them, draws up protocols and other final documents. - preventive maintenance and warranty, current, overhaul, emergency repairs; - technical inspections, scheduled preventive and capital repairs within the time limits established by the schedules; - coordination with the customer of acts on the implementation of preventive and repair work upon completion of work; - participation in start-ups and shutdowns of equipment; execution and submission for consideration to the management of an application for decommissioning equipment for diagnostic, adjustment, repair and other work on it; - ensuring the correct operation of heat engineering equipment, heat and power plants and intra-house heat supply networks; - implementation of technical certification of equipment within the time limits established by the rules for operating the equipment; - changes in thermal and other technological schemes, instructions and recommendations on equipment operation modes; - development and approval of instructions for the operation of heat engineering equipment. - registration of applications for equipment, spare parts, fixtures, fittings and other material resources necessary for the performance of work on the operational repair and maintenance of equipment and systems; - involvement of subcontractors to perform work: request and analysis of subcontractorschr(39) proposals, discussion of conditions, organization of a tender, formulation of a task for a subcontractor, provision of access to the facility for representatives of a subcontractor, conclusion of necessary contracts; - obtaining passports and quality certificates for equipment from the subcontractor; - timely implementation of preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs of heat engineering equipment, heat and power plants and in-house heat supply networks; - prompt emergency repair of heat engineering equipment, heat and power plants and intra-house heat supply networks; - verification of compliance of the actual heat supply schemes with the approved ones; - reporting on the implementation of preventive work and scheduled repairs, on the factors that impede the production of work at facilities in the form of oral reports, memos in the edms; - reports and references on equipment operation; - reports on quality indicators of work performance, on planned measures to improve them in the form of memos and reports; - reports on malfunctions of heat engineering equipment and heat and power installations identified during inspections and measures taken to eliminate them. требования: - higher control and instrumentation ducation; - at least 5 years of experience as a control and instrumentation (c&i) engineer; - ability to understand all drawings; - norms and prices for the types of work being implemented, wage coefficients; - the procedure for conducting economic, financial activities with contractors and subcontractors; - knowledge of occupational health, safety and fire regulations; условия: - friendly team; - registration of employment in accordance with the labor legislation of the republic of kazakhstan;
