компания "takeprofit technology" we develop and support server software for brokerage companies around the world. since 2013, our software has been processing transactions and quotes exchanged by major financial institutions in europe, england, canada, the uae, indonesia, india, cyprus, singapore. every day they process transactions worth tens of billions of dollars, without pause and weekends. we are looking for an employee who is ready to learn constantly, ask a lot of questions, and go all the way in solving their tasks. don’t worry if you donchr(39)t know anything about stocks, futures, cryptocurrencies and fintech: at the beginning of work you will be taught the specifics of the sphere and our activities.a junior position in assisting sales team. the employee will not be involved in sales. responsibilities: timely preparation of new documents for the clients: agreements, invoices; preparing and issuing regular monthly invoices for the clients at the beginning of every month; securing timely collection of the payments from the clients by means of communication with our english-speaking clients directly via email, chats, and phone calls; understanding reasons for delayed payments and negotiating with clients to help them meet their payment obligations; regularly checking when financial terms of current agreements with clients need to be updated, according to instructions; maintaining internal documents connected with client payments with the latest financial status of the client - whether they have outstanding payments or not; merging company/contact duplicates in crm; registering and processing incoming bank payments in internal record keeping system; preparing relevant paperwork for the accounting department (monetary control). requirements: ability to speak, read, write and understand english on upper-intermediate/b2 level; knowing how to work with google spreadsheets; attention to details while working with numbers; experience in preparing service agreements and invoices; experience in prioritizing tasks and working with urgent tasks; understanding the basics of business etiquette. if you are not in st. petersburg, you should have your own laptop; if you are in st. petersburg, we can provide a laptop for you. experience with processing incoming payment in foreign legal entities is a plus. we offer: remote work; work schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 to 18:30 (with 30-minute lunch break) with flexible working hours after the probation period; employment under the labor code of the russian federation; the possibility of horizontal and vertical career growth within the company; sports compensation after 6 months of work; voluntary medical insurance after 6 months of work.
