Document Control Specialist (DCC)

компания "b.w.kazakhstan" responsibilities: accountability for ensuring implementation and compliance with project policies and processes. accountability for success of the document management activities and deliverables in accordance with agreed schedules, milestones and cost, focused at aiding project goals and objectives. assisting in developing scope of work in conjunction with project personnel. preparing reports as required. communication/liaison with project management & team, client and sub-contractors effectively and resolve problems & issues relating to documentation. contributing to the development and training of document management personnel leading individuals engaged in and actively participates in the performance of activities associated with document management work updating and maintaining project document management system controlling the processes of incoming and outgoing design contractors documentation registration of incoming transmittals, with further internal distribution and drafting of outgoing transmittals training of the engineering staff and contractors personnel on use of edms system and on dcc procedures updating database issuing reports on technical project documentation progress coordinating the “on the job’ training provided to junior staff. requirements: diploma or degree in business administration experience more than 3 years условия: - вахта 28/28
