Key Account Manager (to Yerevan)

компания "paysonix" paysonix is a payment service provider specializing in payments and financial services worldwide, and has focused experience in the payment industry. paysonix is looking for a key account manager to join our team who can handle the clients’ needs thoughtfully and attentively and does their best to provide a smooth and seamless service for clients, hereby helping to foster/grow a fundamental business. duties 1. overlook existing accounts: tend to existing clients, manage all requests and solve any issues; up-sale new products to existing clients; maintain good interdepartmental communication in order to efficiently solve any arising questions from the clients; monitor daily client volumes and help it to increase; 2. enroll new clients with the payment system: connect clients to our payment gateway, discuss procedure and technical details; prepare and settle contract agreements; calculate and agree upon commission rates plan; estimate monetization and forecast revenue; 3. represent the company at worldwide conferences and onsite meetings; key requirements three to five years of experience in the (business) field/sector/industry; fluent english (mandatory written and oral); willingness and ability to travel (mandatory); self-sustained and well-organized; self-motivated and result-driven (receptive to both negative and positive results!) outstanding negotiating skills; problem solving skills; team player; strong skills in microsoft office (particularly excel). we offer: office in the center of yerevan flexible working hours assistance in obtaining a residence permit in armenia technique for work and comfortable work space english group courses with a native speaker 50% discount on "clear" psychological support service additional material support from the company (marriage, childbirth, accidents) health insurance regular corporate events for company employees, as well as for their families comfortable working climate, democracy in communication and absence of dress code a solid team that is always ready to help
