GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS： 1、Master Degree in Engineering (preferable Civil/Structural Engineering). 2、At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oil&Gas, Petrochemical industry, Design institutes. 3、Experience of management by engineering team. 4、Experience in interaction with engineering sub-contractors. 5、Knowledge of AVEVA E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, … 6、Be familiar with Russian Standards and principles of Civil/Structural design. 7、Good command in English, preferably Chinees. 8、Team player with strong organizational skills. 9、Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 10、Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. JOB DESCRIPTION： 1、Managing by Wison Engineering Team in Russia. 2、Review and check technical documentation developed by engineering team against Russian Standards, Project specific technical requirements during FEED and Detail Design stages. 3、Coordination of work with Russian Design Institute. 4、Participate in detailed design documentation development. 5、Attend 3D Model reviews (30, 60, 90%) with Client. 6、Provide regular project progress reports to designated manager. 7、Review of technical documentation for procurement of material and equipment. 8、Vendor documentation review.
