Independently complete complex architectural design. 熟悉俄罗斯当地的设计法律、法规、标准等。 Familiar with Russian design laws, regulations, standards and codes and so on. 熟悉俄罗斯工程项目设计流程及政府相关审批程序。 Be familiar with the design process of Russian engineering projects and relevant government approval procedures. 精通英语，良好的听说读写能力。会中文的可优先考虑。 Proficient in English, good at listening, speaking, reading and writing. Chinese speaking is preferred.
