Main accountabilities: Monthly cycle: Commercial FP&A monthly cycle leadership (closing, forecasting, presentations to BOD); Budgeting: Leading the annual budgeting process for in close collaboration with all connected functions; Financial Reporting and Analysis: ensuring accurate and timely issuance of financial reports and visibility on financial result. Preparing deep performance results analysis. Analyzing actuals against budget, prior year and forecast. Providing commercial insights and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance; Business Cases calculation: calculation and approval of business cases (innovations, new launches, marketing cases). Post-mortem analysis of major national cases; Project Management: leading the automatization agenda in FP&A Commercial stream. Developing commercial insight into the business performance including review and improvements of systems and processes; Managing performance: Taking ownership of P&L, performance management for the business including identifying and reporting KPIs which are linked to company strategy and drive positive actions; Gap Opening and Closing: assisting the Decision Support Finance Manager in developing, analyzing and challenging the business and its performance in different trade channels; Requirements: Background in Finance/Accounting/Economics; Strong leadership and project management skills; Highly analytical profile, great problem solving skills; Ability to work under tight timelines and display strong ownership; Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and areas of the organization; Stress resistance, high results focus; High level of financial analysis, budgeting and planning skills; Understanding of P&L and Management reporting, Accounting and IFRS basics would be a plus; Advanced Excel; English Intermediate level.
