Supply chain manger (Fluent chinese language)

компания "icon group" icon group is an engineering company. more than 12 years we have been designing and building communication networks, it infrastructures and engineering systems for enterprise segment companies and telecom operators. due to the development of activities focused on distribution of it and telecommunication equipment from china to the russian federation market, we are looking for a head in the chinese office job responsibilities: organise the administrative and housekeeping work of the office; hiring and managing staff; interaction and building business relationships with chinese companies: distributors, manufacturers, resellers and auditors; seeking commercial partners to enter into product supply contracts; organization of work related to timely obtaining of licenses and permits required for the activities of the organization; organization of control over production of equipment’s; organizing the paperwork (contracts, statements etc.) organization and control of the logistic processes; organization of bookkeeping and legal support; timely reporting on current tasks; we expect from the candidate: fluent chinese language at least 3 years experience in organization related to the industry sector basics of production and distribution market of it and telecom products. knowledge of requirements to safety of commercial secret, confidentiality and non- disclosure of information of confidential character fluency in english at a conversational level good knowledge of excel, word; ability to build business relationships with partners; terms and conditions of work: salary based on interview office in beijing / shenzhen performance bonuses
