Marketing Director

Introduction The Marketing Director (MD) plays a key role in the health and growth of Home improvement company in US, California. The MD will seek to increase the regional profile and online presence of Home improvement company through the use of multiple advertising channels. The ultimate goals of the MD are 1) to drive engagement with potential new customers, and 2) drive re-engagement with past customers. Job Requirements English intermediate Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools including: Hubspot Wordpress Google Analytics Google Adwords Proficient in the use of the following social media platforms (both paid and organic): Facebook Twitter Instagram Tik Tok Pinterest Proficient in Microsoft Office Agency experience preferred Ongoing Responsibilities Work with Leadership Team to set marketing goals and objectives Work with the Leadership team to refine the Customer Experience for our clients Plan, execute and manage effective marketing strategy Design and improve marketing campaigns Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on marketing related activities Negotiate compensation and project details for outside contractors related to marketing and promotions Management of PPC ad spend (in conjunction with vendors) Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices Weekly Deliverables Prepare and release new social media content on all platforms Participate in weekly Team Sales Meeting, prepared to contribute Monitor sales/marketing metrics to assess performance Monitor all marketing channels and their respective budgets Maintain open dialogue with all marketing vendors and partners, as needed Oversee creation of new marketing creative, including all vendors’ work Monthly Deliverables Prepare and deliver Monthly Marketing Report to Sales Manager, General Manager and CEO, at Monthly Sales Recap Meeting, supplying the following metrics: Cost per lead/channel Previous month’s totals YTD totals Cost per new customer Previous month’s totals YTD totals ROI per channel Previous month’s totals YTD totals Compensation & Benefits $600/week salary, paid bi-monthly Expense account Company issued technology 40 hours of annual PTO after 90-day on-boarding period (Prorated from start date) Performance Bonus Program The MD has the opportunity to earn additional compensation in the form of performance bonuses.
