компания "next decade logistics" обязанности: the role is focused on hiring, screening and responding to inquiries from commercial truck drivers who are looking for their next opportunity. you will provide answers on pay, benefits, why our company would be a great fit for them and etc. the role also includes screening potential drivers to ensure they meet the company and department of transportation (dot) hiring policy and regulations (valid commercial driver’s license (cdl), pass background checks, review of motor vehicle report (mvr) and etc.).job responsibilities include:- respond to inquiries from prospective drivers like pay, benefits and etc.;- conduct phone interviews and pre-qualify company drivers andowner operators like valid cdl, review mvr report and etc.;- conduct background checks on new driver applicants and make joboffers;- coordinate with safety department on new hire orientation processfor all new drivers;- schedule drug screens, physicals and motor vehicle reports (mvr)checks;- serve as point of contact person for potential drivers during recruiting process. требования: - fluent in english; - university degree or equivalent; - experience with outside sales;- ability to quickly learn computer applications;- strong computer skills including microsoft office suite is required;- strong verbal, written, multi-tasking and communication skills;- ability to make sound decisions on objective data;- ability to perform duties with minimum direction and work in ateam environment. условия: - official employment according to labor law;- night time work according to us office hours;- working hours are from 16:00 or 17:00 to 02:00 or 03:00;- 6 days a week, 1 day off;- salary is negotiable based on experience;- minimum 1 year driver recruiter experience is required;- students and candidates without driver recruiter experience will not be considered for the position.
