компания "careerist" we are looking for a sales project manager who is ready to join our team at a fast-growing company asap and will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of sales projects. about us careerist is an online learning platform that trains tech job seekers and automates their job applications with software, leading to faster and higher placement. it features live and self-paced training via adaptive-learning software and partnerships with third-party tutors who teach on careeristchr(39)s infrastructure. it was founded by serial entrepreneurs in 2019 and has been backed by ycombinator and other vc investors with $5m in funding. techcrunch’s review of careerist states: "edtech meets saas in careerist’s job placement learning platform. the startup trains job seekers through live and self-paced training taught by third-party tutors. the adaptive learning software is meant to help candidates prepare for tech interviews. once a candidate is well equipped, careerist uses automation to help them apply for jobs. the startup doesn’t require tuition until candidates are placed." responsibilities: work closely with cso in developing sales improvement strategies projects release focused on revenue growth which means implementing and defending onechr(39)s ideas, understanding the risks, defining controlling and implementation areas, action planning, coordinating project teams and engaging team members in the process, results monitoring, managing post-project evaluations and feedback processes leading projects from the sales side: support experiments and launches of new products, control roll-outs, collect feedback, pause roll-outs if necessary analysis, goal setting, control, motivation, sales planning, and organization of the teamwork (using tools, instructions, and other solutions) search, testing, and implementing measures to improve the current tools of the sales teams to increase productivity and revenue participation in the development of instructions/regulations for managers development of analytical tools to increase conversion and romi analyze department performance and improve performance by metrics conversion, kpi, and romi using hubspot and excel pivot tables management and control of the sales funnel, setting up end-to-end analytics in crm, increasing funnel conversion, working with reports background: 3+ years of experience in project/product development with a proven track record of success at least 6+ months of experience in salesenglish level intermediate or even highercertificates that prove your pm competencies presentation and public speaking skills analytical skills: the ability to structure and process qualitative and quantitative data and make decisions based on them experience working with miro / trello / jira knowledge of development and project management processes (pmi, agile, scrum standards) is highly preferred what we offer: • competitive compensation package • internal training • multicultural dream team • remote work opportunity • corporate psychologist, coaches, mastermind for managers • corporate english/ukrainian/psychology and coaching courses • 15 pto, 10 paid american holidays • flexible sick leaves • corporate merch working schedule monday to friday 12:00-21:00 gmt+3
