компания "ibk solution group" position profile integrated solutions, usa - tashkent · salary: competitive based on experience · benefits offered: 18 vacation days per year · employment type: full-time 40 hours per week ny working hours (4pm-midnight tashkent time). as one of the fastest growing consulting, fund administration and bookkeeping firms in the investment community, integrated solutions has a continual need for talented and committed individuals to join our team. integrated solutions has an immediate opening for a staff accountant in tashkent, uzbekistan to support our accounting managers in the usa. the candidate must be fluent in english, have experience with accounting/auditing, and a strong understanding of financial statement preparation. training of us based systems will be provided. responsibilities include: · ensure accurate and timely record keeping and reporting for assigned clients on a monthly/quarterly basis · preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and supporting workpaper packages, partner/investor allocations/reporting, performance and management fee calculations, etc. · year-end financial statements and audit workpaper preparation for independent outside accountants/auditors. · handling reports requests from and provide analysis to portfolio managers, research analysts and auditors. · special projects as assigned · maintain collaborative, positive working relationships within the company requirements: · bachelorchr(39)s degree in accounting required · 2+ years accounting experience, public accounting or auditing experience a plus · financial services industry experience preferred · excellent organizational and time management skills · strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details · exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills in the english language · must have strong computer skills (microsoft excel and word) and ability to adapt to new systems · demonstrate an ability to work independently and self-sufficiently · understand the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members · strong interpersonal skills · ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks · ability to work well under pressure and in a deadline driven work environment
