компания "частная компания welldone school ltd." project name - dynamics crm / hr&oe product line product line - hr and other enablers project description this role is responsible for provision of the support and development services for microsoft dynamics 365 landscape, 6-7 applications that are built within this landscape. these applications are serving important areas of tengizchevroil business such as health, safety and environment, security, human resources.current microsoft d365 platform and supported are applications are hosted on-premises with the goal to move those into ms azure cloud-hosted environment by end of 2023.this role delivers services as part of the bigger team supported by data engineers, infrastructure, application support and software development engineers and other digital specialists. phase scope / requirement • provision of day-to-day support for microsoft dynamic 365 applications. solve technical issues in accordance with the expected service level agreements.• monitoring of information security state, complete related compliance tasks and manage access as directed by the business owners.• plan and execute system upgrades• work closely with the business users and business analysist to understand business requirements• use high-grade programming knowledge to customize the user interface• use data management skills to acquire and make available required information to users in microsoft dynamics back-end from internal company sources.• plan, manage and deliver technical migration of microsoft dynamics 365 from on-premises to ms azure cloud environment by defined deadlines.• adhere to technical standards on the support and development of microsoft dynamics 365.• participate in project quality management tasks, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code reviews skills listing required qualifications• citizenship of republic of kazakhstan• candidates must have at least a bachelorchr(39)s/college degree in computer science/information technology or human resources related field of study• 2 years of hands-on microsoft dynamics 365 crm design and development experience• solid knowledge of microsoft azure• critical thinker and problem-solving skills• team player• good time-management skills• great interpersonal and communication skillslanguage skills: intermediate level of english and russian in writing and speaking; intermediate kazakh is an advantageskills• dynamics crm• ms azure• sql and database expertise: ms sql, transact sql• office 365• .net, c#• javascript• html, css• windows server 2016+• windows internet information server (iis)• must possess excellent communication skills and can effectively interpret needs and requirements on technical level the business process levelpreferred qualifications• ms azure architect/specialist level certification• experience in working with on-premises and cloud-based microsoft dynamics 365 environment.• experience with microsoft power platform: powerapps, flows, powerbi• hands-on experience with visual studio, .net, web services, sql server (database, reporting services)• networking• security• experience as a .net developer and/or data specialist is a plus• experience of working in agile environments (safe)• 3 years of experience with web service development (provider and consumer roles) project resource duration - 1+ years work schedule - 5/2 (remote), should be available from mn-friday, 9 am-6 pm
