Chief Procurement Officer (to Cyprus)

bbf: is one of the fastest growing real estate companies on the Cyprus market, operating in Cyprus, Greece, Canada and Portugal. offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Chief Procurement Officer for our office in Limassol. Main tasks and responsibilities: Set up a centralized Procurement function in the company; Development of new delivery and clearance schemes forgoods, optimization of working conditions with suppliers; Identify new suppliers on non-Cyprus market and launch procurement (China, India, Middle East, CIS, EU); Investigate and launch mutual beneficial procurement schemes with other non-Cyprus major developers; Full management of all relations with foreign suppliers(search for suppliers, coordination and optimization of conditions and terms of procurement and delivery of goods); Organization, control, analysis and adjustment of logistics ("who" and "how", rates, terms, payments, full document flow for transportation); Procurement process digitalization; Set up procurement reporting system (dashboards, reports, predictive analytics of the price changes, and price monitoring system); Implementation of the KPI (OKR) for procurement department and monitoring system; Department management (analysis, preparation of a work plan, setting and monitoring the implementation of goals and plans).
