We are currently looking for a new member of the Sales Capabilities team. The new associate will be a Blue Planner TPM system expert. We are well aware that this expertise needs to be acquired, so we are looking for a new colleague with an analytical background who is open to gaining new knowledge and experience. Main responsibilities: Maintaining the integrity of the Trade Promotion System (BluePlanner) operations, working on enhancements with developers; Automatic Financial Reporting administration (data preparation, performance verification, optimization of the calculations) Creating ad-hoc reports and presentations for BI Manager and Sales Director; Participation in cross-functional projects with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance & Customer Service teams; Calculate KPI’s for colleagues from Sales departments (monthly) Training materials preparation (induction for new users and update for existing ones); Sales team support. Our perfect candidate: Higher Education; 1+ year of experience in an analytical role in an international FMCG company (Sales Capabilities/Trade Marketing/Analytics department) Knows English at Upper-Intermediate level (fluent verbal and written, ability to give presentations and communicate with foreign colleagues); Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and MS Power Point; Detail oriented, responsible, with excellent communication skills; Experience in implementing/working with any TPM system will be your competitive advantage.
