To continue delivering maximum value to our clients and get the full benefit from a constantly growing user base, we are now looking for a CRM Marketer. What you will be doing: Segmenting the database, making a content plan for each segment, and launching communications with users Developing and keeping up-to-date the customer communication map Implementation of the customer retention and reactivation strategy through communications Organization of regular and triggered communications: push, messengers, emails, etc. Setting up trigger schemes Performing A/B testing Analysis of the effectiveness of communications and making action plans on how to improve them further Key Requirements: English at least C1 (Advanced) Experience in orchestrating mass communication with customers (1 million+ sent communications per month) Experience in preparing communication hypotheses and their AB testing.
