Responsibilities: 1) Support of dealerships in matters of after-sales service; 2) Analysis of the work of dealerships in the field of after-sales; 3) Development of measures for the development of dealerships in terms of after-sales service; 4) Ensuring compliance of dealerships with established standards; 5) Conducting meetings and negotiations with the management and owners of dealerships; 6) Achieving the targets for the sale of spare parts, accessories, service contracts; 7) Achieving customer satisfaction targets; 8) Achievement of targets for the performance of service campaigns Requirements: 1) Knowledge of the processes of working with the dealer network 2) Knowledge of the dealershipchr(39)s after-sales service business processes 3) Knowledge of consumer protection law 4) Knowledge of logistics processes and wholesale sales of spare parts; 5) Ability to set an effective communication process with dealerships 6) Ability to work with a large amount of information 7) Ability to conduct effective negotiations with the heads of dealerships 8) Responsibility for the result Conditions: Comfortable office space nearby m.
