=== YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ === Lead, control and coordinate the process of financial information collection, consolidation and analysis required for the Original Budgets, Rolling Forecasts, Projections and Long Range Plans while ensuring full conformity with budget instructions, requirements and ensuring that budget submission and reporting deadlines are met. Initiate and coordinate budget cycles, communicate business targets, persuade maximum organizational participation in the process. Analyze proposed budget input, constructively challenge and propose alternatives. Ensure financials are in line with business strategies and budgets, give timely warning signs to business when foresee major deviations. Review and match budget and management reporting processes, systems and deliverables against business processes and strategies. Apply professional judgement and expertise, challenge assumptions and targets. RF and OB budget preparation and validation with stakeholders from BD/Distribution departments; Variance analysis Actual budget vs RF/OB/PY with focus on underlying business drivers. === WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR? === 2+ years of experience in Finance Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.
