About the job Finance Manager is a part of the Global Finance team within our Group.Two roles of the FM (finance manager). Primary role is based on Finance project activities, second one - is responsibility for all management accounting transactions in 1C when Finance Shared Service Center appeared. Project role is based on data and procedures’ analysis (as is) and cross-function liaison within Project team to construct accounting processes in model to-be. Providing insightful and value-added analysis of current accounting and stating requirements, also creating procedures for new centrally-controlled management accounting. Following position of FM is connected with timely delivery of insightful, recurring or ad-hoc financial information in 1C and decision support for management reporting and financial planning processes. Responsibilities Reporting to Finance controller, Finance manager will execute the following tasks: Managing and delivering project work in the Finance function Involvement in preparation of business requirements, confirmation of technical requirements for automation 1C Project opening, documentation, communication, reporting, Project working group meetings facilitation Prepare reconciliation Defining Accounting configurations for systems. Working with other areas of cross-functional departments (incl.Sales) to identify and implement process improvements to streamline the accounting data processing and financial infrastructure Control and providing management with accurate, relevant analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests on revenues, expenses, customers, product and sales channels, Management Cash Flow, Profit and Loss (P&L) by area and shared service cost allocations Supporting monthly closing procedure and management reporting packages Routine financial control and contracts approval Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Professional accounting in RAS Significant financial (5+ years) experience as a Chief accountant and/or Finance manager, experience in an international company is appreciated Knowledge of the accounting and tax legislation of Russian Federation for legal entities Extensive corporate and personal tax experience Good understanding and practical experience of internal control techniques Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Experience in different ERP systems and in implementing company policies Written English communication skills are preferable
