General requirements: Fluent bilingual business correspondence skills Strong organization and administrative skills Good computer skills Excellent telephone skills At least 1 year of professional experience in Hospitality Experience within Sales Department would be a preference General responsibilities: Contacts the client/meeting planner by phone to introduce and follow up with a letter;; Follows up the day-to-day business with meeting planners. Tracing existing files and follows up the payment procedures; Acts as a liaison between client/meeting planner and hotel operations; Follows up on all changes, deletions, additions and special requests; Possesses necessary software knowledge (Microsoft Office, Opera, etc).
