Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the S&M department, include filing, typing, computer input, phone coverage, maintenance of account files and various department logs Handling the managers’ schedule Arranging business trips (booking tickets, reserving hotels, preparing visas), meetings, visits, social events Maintaining contacts with clients, partners and visitors in order to provide necessary services (required information, setting meetings) Requirements: Higher education Fluent English is a must Minimum 1 year work experience as an assistant in western company, or previous employment in hotels Any work experience in hotel business is a plus Excellent PC skills Strong communication, organizational and time management skills Conditions: Vacation, sick leave paid Medical / life insurance Complimentary employee meals Career opportunities
