You will have the following responsibilities: performing business analysis for HR and Payroll operations organization; creating and implementing internal procedures and business requirements; creating and managing the business analysis and documentation of system change specifications; developing and implementing user application test plans; executing test plans and identifies discrepancies; resolving discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implementing corrective measures, and retesting as needed; interpreting data and making recommendations; appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firmchr(39)s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. We expect the following qualifications: at least 3 yearschr(39) relevant experience in payroll and payroll statutory reporting within companies of 600 employees and more; demonstrated understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area; specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data; university degree; at least Pre-Intermediate level of English language is a must (be able to read and translate without dictionary).
