Overview We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager responsible for driving marketing strategies and our local userschr(39) growth across channels in Russia and CIS. Responsibilities Design and execute localized campaigns and maintain social networks, increasing the number of subscribers and engagement. Develop a go-to-market strategy to drive growth across online and offline channels, create and coordinate ATL, BTL, digital marketing programs, and campaigns for platform users. Purchase of advertising through various channels, monitor the performance by analyzing key metrics. Develop and maintain PR Relationships Interaction with influencers and media. Analyze the crypto market and latest trends to spot opportunities for the growth of our business. Work with the global and local cross-functional team. Requirements: Excellent English, spoken and written skills. Excellent Russian, spoken and written skills. 3+ years proven experience in a similar role within the Crypto industry / Crypto Exchange Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, analytics and online customer acquisition Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude. Strong leadership, communication and self-motivation skills.
