Quality Control Group Manager / Начальник отдела контроля качества

Обязанности: Monitors the implementation and maintenance of the overall quality management system in consonance with the project requirements and company internal procedures. To ensure preparation of corrective/preventive action plans for the nonconforming issues and root cause analysis for the repeated situations. To follow up the Russian or Project as-built documentation preparation progress and find out required solutions for the bottleneck points. To ensure good communication between PTO and all other departments but especially with QC department. Monitors the quality control activities of subcontractors and/or vendors during the project execution activities. To organize preparation of an internal audit plan for the project and to ensure the audits to be carried out periodically. Analysing the audit report to list required actions (if required). To follow and to actualise the project and/or company KPI(s) and ensure required actions in case it will be required. To report the current situation and progress of quality assurance and control activities to the project management. Требования: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Deparments Good command of written and spoken in Russian and English (Russian mandatory) Minimum 15 years experience in quality areas (minimum 5 years management experience) Experience in and have enough knowlegde to Russian as-built documentation requirements, Experience in team management and have excellent leadership and communication skills, Experience in continuous improvement process,
