Project Manager (design and engineering of pharmaceutical projects)

Due to company growth a new vacancy is open in Moscow: Project Manager Main tasks: Overall project management of pharmaceutical plants design and engineering - technical and commercial aspects Leading a project for concept design up to execution and commissioning Responsibility for project success: budget, quality, and scheduling Main contact person for customers during the project execution phase Calculation and planning of the projects including proposal submission Preparation and coordination of schedules for design, installation and commissioning Personnel deployment planning Coordination and management of project staff Defining, agreeing, and coordinating the interfaces between various disciplines and individual specialists Technical control of the planning regarding the achievement of the project goals Negotiations with customers and suppliers Change management Risk management Continuous tracking of current project costs Review and preparation of additional cost claims, K-sheets, and price verifications Processing of defect and warranty agendas Clarification of planning bases and specifications Quality control including documentation during execution Leading and documenting meetings Project reporting (internal and external) Major requirements: Completed technical education (especially engineering or construction) Min. 5 years of professional experience as a project manager in industrial plant design and engineering Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a great advantage Experience in managing employees Know-how in the field of contract law, standards, and installation guidelines Strong cost and quality awareness Strong communication skills English language skills, both written and spoken Willingness to travel worldwide Computer skills: MS-Office, MS-Project, CAD/Revit knowledge You enjoy working in a team and at the interface between different teams You like to shape your work and project environment actively and purposefully Good spatial imagination You enjoy contributing your own ideas Assertiveness paired with a solution-oriented way of acting What about You that is important to us: teamplayer passionate personality sociability spirit of innovation flexibility and agility enthusiasm for technology commitment and personal responsibility We offer: Work in developing international high-technology company Opportunities for professional growth, integration in international team Competitive salary, discussed individually with a successful candidate Employment in accordance with RF Labor Code Voluntary health insurance Friendly, collaborative team Office – m.
