Responsibilities: Draft, modify and implement company policies, also taking into account VTB Group requirements; Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies; Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving; best practices in compliance control; Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal (and VTB Group) policies; Oversee all business operations relating to compliance including policies and procedures; Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies; Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously; Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements; Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes; Prepare materials for in-class and distance trainings. Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues; Perform annual compliance risk assessment; Advise on compliance issues; Keep records. Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate; Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training; Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks; Assess sanctions risks. Requirements: Master’s degree in Law, Audit, Business Administration or relevant field; A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Compliance Manager or similar position; Strong in-depth knowledge of industry processes and regulations; Experience on advising on complex, multi-jurisdictional compliance queries; Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
