Tender Specialist / Sales Coordinator

Work 100% in the office Monitors tenders in the territory of the Russian Federation, their results, including the preparation of information on announced tenders and on the participation of Partners with data on segments; Conducting projects of direct sales of equipment according to tender procedures from the moment of publication to the conclusion of contracts inclusive (state/commercial tenders in the Russian Federation and CIS countries). Requests, issues/reissues of bank guarantees to ensure participation and execution of won tenders, interaction with the accounting department to control limits in banks; Communicates with customers at all stages of the tender (contract negotiation, issuance/reissuance of guarantees); Compiles and coordinates responses to requests, prepares authorization and information letters for Partners to ensure their participation in tenders; Assisting the Commercial Director (arranging business trips, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, preparing presentations, etc.); Coordination of the collection and consolidation of the required information for the business development department; Supervision of new employees of the sales department (coordination of obtaining access to the necessary work programs, databases). Organization of workflow (coordination of contracts with contractors and internally, coordination of the process of paying bills, etc.); Assistance in organizing events (team meetings, workshops, business trips of foreign colleagues, etc.); Participation in team projects. Requirements Higher education; Work experience in tender management DESIRABLE, but not must, we are ready to teach you; Experience in administrative / coordination work from one year; Experience of working or studying in an international environment; Ability to multi-task and a sense of responsibility for assigned tasks; The level of English is not lower than the upper-intermediate level.
