National Key Accounts Specialist Data consolidation, validation, display in fixed internal forms of reporting on key performance indicators (KPI) of Point of Sales (POS) within the territory of responsibility: hypermarkets, supermarkets, minimarkets, and POS specializing in the sale of tobacco products (tobacconist) and large retail chain outlets (hereinafter-Key Accounts). WHAT YOU WILL DO: Administrative support: o To maintain document flow, incl. accurate and timely preparation and alignment of new contracts/additional agreements and closing documents o To support contracts’ signing and ensure smooth payment process with all clients. Analytical support: o To prepare monthly reports based on actual budget spending o To prepare analytical reports based on budget files, TME Siebel/TME Extra information and Nielsen data; o To ensure timely preparation of presentations and other analytical information regarding Key Accounts overview; o To make proposals for business processes optimization. Technical support in Key Accounts strategy development: o To keep a relevant data in Contract Module in order to have correct information about contract compliance; o Provide the implementation of the approved assortments including preparation of all the needed documents for Account’s internal system. Administrative support for databases optimization: o To control accuracy and timelines of entering information into databases by Operations staff. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: University Degree; At least 1+ year experience in FMCG multinational company; English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written); Advanced PC user (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point); Structured approach & self-discipline, attention to details; Organized & responsible person with ability to learn quickly; Excellent time management, coordination and communication skills, ability to work under time pressure; Positive attitude & proactive life approach, high self-motivation, strong commitment & desire to grow within Sales function.
