TALENT SCREENING SPECIALIST (GBS) WHAT YOU WILL DO Sourcing and screening of targeted candidates through the relevant channels (Social Media, Job Board, Database, etc.); Conducting telephone interviews with candidates; Building a network of Talents by ensuring a best in-class candidate experience and promotes employer brand of the company; Using different sourcing techniques to find the candidates; Connect with and screen employee referrals; Candidatechr(39)s Database maintenance; Talent pools maintenance; Preparing analytical reports. WE EXPECT FROM YOU University degree; 1-2 years’ experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of different tools and methods. Recruitment Agency experience is an added value; Knowledge and understanding of HR Processes, in particular Talent Attraction/Acquisition; Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and experience with an Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors preferred); Advanced English, other languages would be an asset; Excellent team player, open minded and flexible; Ability to work with multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
