Content Manager (YouTube)

Main purpose of the job: We are seeking a Content Manager for contributing to Masha and the Bear YouTube channels maintenance, optimization and promotion. Our ideal candidate: Has experience of working with CMS YouTube Has strong communication skills Can take responsibility for the quality of their work Responsibilities Screen and select relevant topics for most efficient publications of videos at YouTube channels Create and edit video titles to increase the views and broaden the audience Stick to the editor’s policy Work with the channel tools for video preparation and publishing Work with CMS YouTube Prepare analytics and contribute to the channel development strategy Set up and control the tools to promote videos Obtain approvals for publications Collaborate with partners on text translations Monitor and respond to user comments, communicate with the subscribers Collate, consolidate the statistics upon request Essential requirements Higher education Intermediate level of English Proficiency in all MS Office programs Ability to take initiative and suggest ideas for improvements; proactively contribute to the work of the whole team Ability to learn quickly and take new responsibilities, share learning with team and colleagues, be open to taking on different roles Experience in managing YouTube channels will be a great plus In return we offer: Work in a stable company, market leader Opportunities of professional development Handling channels of the world-famous cartoon Remote work
