Plant controller/Financial controller

Western trading and manufacturing company look for Plant controller/Financial controller Tasks: This role will report and present the manufacturing operationchr(39)s financial results, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. Manage month-end close process within SAP. Provide cost forecasting and analysis, productivity pipeline accuracy and analysis. Provide thought leadership and insight on achievement of plant key performance metrics with a strong focus on cost reduction and improved operating efficiencies. Conduct self-assessment audits and manage all internal/external audits. Build and maintain financial standards Identify and initiate process improvements. Qualifications: University degree in Economics or Accounting/Finance Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations, product costing, and systems Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting Management (manufacturing finance) Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Orientation towards details and result driven; proactive and self-starter Extensive practical systems knowledge (SAP/Other Costing Systems, advanced Excel) Good written and verbal English language skills (Intermediate and above) Сonditions: Salary + annual bonus Official registration in accordance with the Labour Code of the Russian Federation Work in the office of the company 5/2 Social package: VMI (including dentistry, insurance from NS after the probationary period), corporate catering, participation in the Corporate Privilege Program (discounts on travel agency services, food, restaurants, bars and shops, etc.), corporate events, gifts for employeeschr(39) children.
