компания "кока-кола бишкек боттлерс" responsibilities: responsible for managing brands/products by developing integrated marketing strategies based on sales channels and ensuring the execution of the strategic marketing activities with the aim of maximizing long-term revenues, profits, and market share for these brands and categories the executive will directly report to marketing manager and will be expected to: strategy & business planning: designs channel marketing strategies that effectively increase shopper awareness and create a change in purchase behavior while also achieving the objectives of trade channels (modern trade, traditional trade, horeca, e-commerce, dry channel) market execution and commercial excellence: coordinates picos compliance in each channel & best execution and visibility. occasion based marketing plans: defines the opportunities to increase purchase frequency with occasion activations while sustaining deeper consumer engagement. works collaboratively with different fmcg companies to empower instore occasion activations via cross merchandising executions innovation: decides customer and channel specific innovation proposals and in/outs in brand/pack/price detail in coordination with rgm. partners with tccc franchise teams to execute special projects continuous analysis: monitors his/her team to execute targeted activations / promotions using internal & customer data to build a continuous improvement continuously controlling key business metrics (market share, sales increase, profitability, etc.) contribute in preparation, allocation and management of annual marketing budget competencies: commercial awareness as well as great conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential opportunities ability to motivate and influence internal and external parties ability to leverage research results into actionable marketing and business building initiatives passion for creative thinking that leads to innovation experience working with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders problem solving skills strong communication skills in english strong user of microsoft office applications especially excel and ppt required skills and experience: min. 2-4 years of experience in marketing/customer management have graduated with a university in a degree program in a relevant discipline (marketing, advertisement, ba) fluency in written and spoken english and russian knowledge of kyrgyz and/or turkish is an asset.
