компания "clickio" about clickio clickio is a fast-growing, innovative technology company which helps online publishers to get more out of their websites. combining a sophisticated, ai-powered advertising platform with a range of site optimization and compliance tools, we make it easy for website owners to improve user experience and maximize their advertising revenue. we are among just 50 companies globally to be designated a google certified publishing partner, and were one of the first in the world to launch a fully automated tool to manage gdpr consent starting in 2015 with just five employees and a handful of publishers, clickio has seen over six years of constant growth. today, we’re a diverse, multinational team of over 70 colleagues working flexibly across europe and the americas. about the role as we continue to evolve our products and expand, clickio is looking to recruit a dedicated marketing executive to run all marketing activities in russia, one of our most important regions. this role will sit within the wider global marketing team but with a high degree of autonomy. you’ll work closely with the country lead for russia to plan and execute campaigns that resonate with the local audience, focusing strongly on producing high-quality content that helps to improve seo, build the clickio brand and generate new business. responsibilities plan, budget and organise all types of marketing activities in russia, tracking results accurately ensure appropriate positioning of clickio’s products in the russian market, to properly showcase their benefits and how these respond to publishers’ needs undertake competitor analysis to inform clickio’s marketing activities write a wide range of quality content related to programmatic advertising and website monetization in russian and english - for use on the clickio blog, email newsletters, external sites and social media channels translate and localise content from the global marketing team for use in the russian market, and work with in-house designer to create new materials where appropriate maintain and monitor russian-language social media channels and forums, including telegram and search engines guru update the russian version of the clickio website as required launch, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on yandex organise and promote webinars for publishers assist with marketing activities for other regions as required requirements at least 2 years’ experience working in digital marketing or copywriting - experience in programmatic advertising or publishing an advantage excellent writing skills good understanding of seo techniques prior experience running ppc campaigns (e.g. google ads, yandex, facebook) native-level russian speaker with high proficiency in english (written and verbal) - other european languages an advantage high-energy, self-motivated and excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment a strong passion for marketing and drive to learn new things what we offer in this role you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact. you’ll be part of a dynamic, innovative growth company which embraces new ideas and encourages everyone to contribute to our strategy. we have an open, informal culture and we trust our people to get the job done - so we’ll also give you plenty of autonomy, as well as flexibility over your hours and location.
