Marketing Executive

компания "кока-кола бишкек боттлерс" responsible for managing brands/products by developing integrated marketing strategies based on sales channels and ensuring the execution of the strategic marketing activities with the aim of maximizing long-term revenues, profits, and market share for these brands and categories the executive will directly report to marketing manager and will be expected to: continuously controlling business metrics (market share, sales increase, profitability, etc.) analyzing, advising and conducting in expanded product range placement and merchandising strategy, which will maximize the profit and category growth plan and coordinate process of consumer demand stimulation in csd and still categories together with head office, working cross functional with procurement, finance and sales departments developing of marketing activities to support and stimulate sales (together with marketing manager), by channel and categories drive brand/product sales and profitability growth through managing the category mix using detailed analysis of business elements such as pricing, customer base, competition and market research coordinate launch process of new products take part with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging. contribute in preparation, allocation and management of annual marketing budget competencies strong communication skills in english strong user of microsoft office applications especially excel and ppt strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team ability to work under pressure and stressful situations strong analytical, reporting and research abilities required skills and experience have at least no less than 2-4 years’ experience in relevant position have graduated with a university in a degree program in a relevant discipline (marketing, advertisement, ba) fluency in written and spoken english and russian knowledge of kyrgyz and/or turkish is an asset.
