Learning & Development manager

компания "rp canon medical systems" responsibilities: employees development and training (80% of work) establishing l&d processes from scratch leading of the workforce planning and management of the employee development process (talent review, idp creation, succession planning) to ensure talent needs are fulfilled company training plans creation in line with business needs implementation of e-learning environment and system, maintaining and continuously improvement it design and deliver training courses, workshops and assessment centers, interaction with training providers, providing of document flow for them assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities budgeting for training activities administrative work, document flow management related to l&d activities hr branding and internal communication (20% of work) creation and realization employer branding activities (internal and external) creation and realization of the annual internal communications plan development of level communication environment (intranet site and others digital resources) participation in events organization participation in common hr projects requirements: minimum 5 years of professional experience in l&d field masters or bachelor’s degree in education or other relevant field upper-intermediate english excellent communication and interpersonal skills project management and change management skills learning management system experience and training knowledge and development experience preferred соnditions: competitive salary сorporate iphone + sim meal allowance public transport allowance private medical insurance, life insurance program friendly team office work
