компания "dataart" position overview dataart learning & development department invites a learning & development manager to join our team. the l&d manager will be in charge of the overall coordination of the technical online courses. our perfect candidate is innovative, enthusiastic, sees the ways to improve outdated workflows, and has a way with people. if you enjoy exploring new things, communicating with colleagues, and delivering effective learning solutions together with an international l&d team, consider joining dataart. responsibilities full-cycle management of the technical online courses: dealing with course creation/updаtеrequests, coordinating students’ assignment checks by the company’s experts, etc. technical experts’ management: searching for the experts to check course assignments, motivating them to contribute to learning, helping in overtime reporting, assigning internal points as rewards to the experts and students, etc. operational support and ownership of several l&d distribution lists: answering questions, recommending relevant training upon request, explaining to colleagues how to report their learning hours, etc. vendor management and library service l&d’s monthly communication: collecting relevant news, compiling and sending l&d company-wide newsletter requirements upper intermediate+ level of english 3+ yearschr(39) experience of working as a manager/coordinator or other relevant position, preferably in the corporate learning field ability to multitask and process large amounts of data excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to establish trusting relationships with colleagues and clients enthusiasm, energy, a positive mindset, and a "can-do" attitude
