Process Engineer

Requirements: - Master Degree in Process Engineering (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical) - At least 5 years experience in Oil&Gas Industry - Experience in design of oil and natural gas production (wells, gathering networks, oilfields) - Strong understanding of process engineering basics (hydraulics, multiphase hydrodynamics, thermodynamics, physical properties, process control). Strong analytical skills - Knowledge/experience of process design methods, process calculation (heat and material balances, utility balances, equipment, valves and piping sizing/rating), PFD/PID development - Knowledge of international process engineering standards (API, ISA) and best process engineering practice - Knowledge of special process software (HYSYS) and general engineering software (MS Office, Visio, AutoCAD, Mathcad). Ability to develop simulations using Excel, develop simulation spreadsheets/software, computation methods and applied math. - Credible and confident communicator (Written & verbal) at all levels, with excellent presentation skills. - Good English speaking skills (Upper-Intermediate) Responsibilities: - Scope of Work definition at the early stage of the project - Development of Process Flow Diagrams and Process&Instrumentation Diagrams - Development of System Description Manuals - Participation in HAZOP and SIL reviews, including HAZOP close-out activities - Interaction with Client on engineering issues/requests - Interaction with other Engineering disciplines on as needed basis - Construction support during project execution Conditions: 50 hours working week 1 year Contract with potential prolongation Work in office environment in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Housing allowance Medical Insurance Requirement for Site visits on as needed basis 44 days of vacation per annum Free lunch meals in the office
