компания "газстройпроект" responsibilities: - scope management: 2.1 providing a comprehensive and detailed support to define and collect the process requirements to define scope of work for the assigned project. 2.2 participate in creation of wbs for the assigned project. 2.3 controlling the process scope of work through the feed and detail engineering phase. 2.4 control and monitor the process scope during the project life cycle. - schedule management: 2.5 providing a comprehensive and detailed support to define activity’s sequence to execute the scope of work for the assigned project. 2.6 providing a comprehensive and detailed support to develop l3 / l4 schedule for the feed and detail engineering phase of the assigned project. 2.7 control and monitor the process schedule during the project life cycle. - cost management: 2.8 providing a comprehensive and detailed support to define process activity’s cost & budget required to execute defined scope of work for the assigned project. 2.9 control and monitor the process budget during the project life cycle. - quality management: 2.10 performing the process activities strictly within project’s defined quality plan, company’s hse and standards. 2.11 control and monitor the process quality during the project life cycle. - resource management: 2.12 providing a comprehensive contribution to define required process resources required to execute defined scope of work for the assigned project. - communication management: 2.13 responsible to follow communication strictly in line with project communication plan. 2.14 discipline coordination - risk management: 2.15 taking prime responsibility and accountability to identify risks associated with execution of the assigned process scope of work. 2.16 taking prime responsibility and accountability to mitigate the identified risks associated with execution of the assigned process scope of work. 2.17 providing a comprehensive and detailed support to quantitative and qualitative analyses. 2.18 control and monitor the risks associated with process schedule during the project life cycle. - procurement management: 2.19 providing a comprehensive and detailed support to develop and execute procurement plan developed for the assigned project. 2.20 control and monitor the process scope assigned to the third party during the project life cycle. 2.21 providing a comprehensive contribution to review technical information provided by vendor. - process deliverables development: 2.22 providing a comprehensive support to define process design basis. 2.23 perform site visit and develop a solid site visit report. 2.24 develop process simulation modeling and provide support for the complex ones. 2.25 develop and check heat & material balance. 2.26 develop and check block flow diagram, process flow diagram, utility flow diagram, piping and instrument diagram. 2.27 p&id review meeting. 2.28 support and close out hazid/hazop/pha/soa open actions. 2.29 constructability review meeting. 2.30 sizing calculation of equipment, line and instrument. 2.31 process specification. 2.32 operation and control philosophies / narratives. 2.33 unit process operating manual / regalement. 2.34 startup and shutdown procedures. 2.35 provide support to other discipline, during construction, commissioning, startup and scope close out. 2.36 comply with laws, regulations and requirements of republic of kazakhstan. requirements: опыт работы conditions: 5/2 г.атырау
