компания "ilf kazakhstan" growing continuously, ilf is opening a new office in atyrau and invites experienced engineering professionals to apply for the process engineer awareness of company’s quality policy. perform technical tasks assigned by the lead process engineer, related with design, testing activities. interface with other project specialists, designers and vendors specialist. provides technical assistance to commercial activities and supports to define man hours cost estimate. experience in pre-award technical activities, involving qualification of bidders. contracts development experience, supporting the drafting of technical scope of work of itb’s, particularly for epc scope and lump sum conditions. experience in major onshore or offshore oil & gas projects, or for major oil company or epc contractors. experience in dealing with contracts in the cis (e.g., republic of kazakhstan or russian federation). knowledge of relevant api, iso, asme, astm, gost, snip. familiar with all the engineering tasks related to the design phases (conceptual, feasibility studies, basic, feed and detail design). proved capacity in performing hydraulic and thermal calculations on pipeline and piping systems either in steady than transient operation. relevant skills include, starting from the heat & material balances by using process simulator software, the preparation of the process deliverables such as pfd, pi&ds, blowdown calculation report, supply spec for packages (i.e turbo compressor, instrument air, fuel gas treatment, utility), sizing of equipment, psv, bdv, control valve, and instrumentation to be implemented in the data sheets. prepare process engineering documentation (specifications, philosophies, equipment data sheets etc). perform process simulation activities with process simulator (i.e. hysis/unisim) and excel-tools. support the development of project specific engineering solutions without supervision in order to meet the project goals. support the processing of package-engineering (bid evaluation, vetting, expediting, commissioning support). ensure the organization, initiation, and follow-up of the project files and documentation, including maintaining the standard project files structure on project server. assist in the development of project process engineering ctr’s for review with lead engineer. report to the lead engineer the status of process engineering activities and deliverables. initiate the development of all required discipline deliverables for the assigned area. ensure communication flow, both verbal and written, is maintained within process engineering group and with other engineering disciplines. assist with the upkeep of storage and listing of all process engineering specific standards stored on the computer network. coordinate process engineering design activities with other design and engineering groups. identify deviations in job scope, estimates, and initiates pvn’s. receive and distribute design instructions pertaining to plant design requirements and procedures. represent area/unit process engineering in meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, licensors, clients, and other company disciplines, and produces documentation required for conference or meeting notes. submit area/unit process engineering design drawings to principal engineer for issue. monitor quality control for assigned area. assist in the development of the process engineering project completion report. stand in for lead engineer if required during periods of absence. on assignment to the field, coordinate or carry out work on site surveys, measurements, acts of acceptance, and other site engineering activities. qualification must have sound knowledge and understanding of technical terms and conditions. familiar with all phases of contracts. awareness of compliance and audit processes. ability to identify changes and improvements to the technical documentation and procedures to reflect client’s changing requirements. knowledge of computer based systems including, cad, database management systems, excel, word, microsoft office or equivalent software packages. be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision. systematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time management. strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority. team player within and across functions. sensitive to client’s requirements and client-focused. atyrau, 5/2
