компания "pepsico kazakhstan" responsibility: transformation and change management lead business change through all elements of transformation: diagnosis of potential opportunity; design of new ways of working; planning and project management; implementing changes at the front line; build business transformation and change capability; 2. transformation project management; change management engage with bdm central asia (ca) and key senior business stakeholders to drive the change agenda; leadership of creation and delivery of project work plans and revision as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements of the business; revises project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements and ensures understanding of all stakeholders for reasons and results of change; escalates relevant changes or risks to appropriate decision-makers, establish contingency plans - ensure proper communication to leadership; development and sharing of project team key learnings, with the objective of improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the new product development process; lead or be a team member on one or multiple change programs; deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives; 3. business improvement in cooperation with bdm ca and gm ca identifies areas for process improvement, works with operational leaders to establish objectives and leads cross-functional teams, ensures participants and key stakeholders have the tools and information necessary to allow for successful project completion; planning, execution, management, and reporting of continuous improvement projects that support attainment of the organizationchr(39)s performance improvement goals; developing and delivering process improvement techniques that will enhance the business performance, ensure shareholder value and improve customer service; creates, motivates, and facilitates cross-team collaboration across business units to deliver on transformation agenda; serves as a change agent to promote the development and integration of systems thinking, customer focus, and use of improvement tools and methods in cross-functional or departmental issue identification, investigation, and resolution incorporating change management techniques; coach, mentor, and influence all employees from the shop floor to senior executives. requirements: higher education; 5+ experience at managerial level with international fmcg companies; commercial understanding of market; strong organization impact, ability to collaborate & influence beyond boundaries; project management experience; fluent english. conditions: permanent contract; encouraging and motivating corporate culture; competitive salary; annual bonus; life insurance, voluntary medical insurance; trainings.
