компания "яндекс" yandex is a technology company that builds intelligent products and services powered by machine learning. our goal is to help consumers and businesses better navigate the online and offline world. we are ambitious and committed to being the world’s best solution for e-commerce clients looking to acquire new customers. as a senior business project manager, you will be part of a new and fast-growing global adtech business. the ideal manager is willing to take an active part in international expansion of the whole business and offer viable solutions, while seeking ways to expand our business opportunities and increase our companychr(39)s effectiveness. this position is a unique opportunity to join the team at this early stage and have a visible impact on the entire business. you will work with exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds as part of a global team operating across many regions, including luzern, belgrade, tel aviv, shanghai, dubai. responsibilities: coordinate new legal entities setup and effective operations in different locations worldwide lead the deployment of scalable processes when opening new countries and new services based on worldwide best practices (contracts, billing, accounting, payments, hiring, etc.) design optimal and stable legal and tax frameworks for various business needs develop effective long-term strategy for business environment of international business contribute to all the stages of market expansion projects: from performing initial analysis of business requirements to final go live and stabilizing business as usual operations iterate quickly while maintaining business issues resolutions qualifications: strong understanding of legal, tax, payment processes in various countries and familiarity with optimized legal entity frameworks understanding of the entire cycle of legal entity openings and operations for international business real-world experience resolving complex business issues experience in building processes from the scratch in fast growing and variable business; negotiation skills that you can apply at the level of decision makers; excellent indirect management skills to work with back-office team for solutions deployment; the ability to multitask and set priorities; a proven track record that shows you are stress-resistant, independent, and results-oriented; advanced verbal and written english is a must. preferred qualifications: experience working in startups on international expansion phase you will also have an opportunity to: work on a friendly and motivated team worldwide located complete interesting and challenging tasks develop optimal way of working for fast growing business.
