Duties and requirements: Directly supervised and reviewed less experienced staff members, developed project budgeting and staffing; Coordinated work of professionals of various other service lines, including tax and technology risk specialists, participating in audits; Business development (preparation of proposals, fees’ estimation, contract terms’ negotiations, relationship management, seeking business opportunities including cross-selling); Quality assurance; Preparation and provision of audit documentation in accordance with IFRS and referral reviews of companies; Client relation sheep; Equipped with excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, time-management and analytical skills. Technical software skills and specialized information technology skills, couching of audit teams in deployment of specialized audit documentation software. Involved as a trainer in the firm’s audit methodology classes for new hires and specialists of other departments on internal trainings. Quality and timely performance of procedures; Successful adjustment and implementation of IFRS principles of revenue recognition in one of the key clients; Professional certification on IFRS and audit; Successful experience on a similar position or as a leading auditor for at least a year; Good knowledge of Russian reporting standards and IFRS; Solid knowledge in accounting, tax and civil legislation; Good command of written and spoken English; Personal features: High level of self-motivation, positive attitude, Team leading skills.
