Audit Manager

компания "mazars" mazars (international, integrated and independent organization specialized in audit, accounting, tax and advisory services) is seeking an audit manager we lead all recruitment stages remotely and organize hiring of new employees. responsibilities: project managing: audit, review, agreed-upon procedures communicate effectively with the client management within the year at stage of tasks determination at planning stage during the field work at completing audit stage understanding of client’s business and major tendencies and potential influence on an economic industry participation in audit, particularly in: planning risk identification audit of difficult or risk areas, project efficiency analysis; audit team supervising and support motivation ability to delegate an objective and control the result giving feedback training participation permanent development and support a good level of knowledge participation in reaching business targets support business development, be open for new business opportunities support and progress of social networks both inside and outside the company responsible for communicating with clients and control team work under all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients (services including ifrs, ras and compilation). requirements: university degree in economics/ finance/ accounting/ audit statutory audit certificate is a plus acca/cpa certificate or in a process 5-6 years experience in audit excellent knowledge of isa, ifrs and ras fluent english (french is a plus) excellent communicating and writing skills strong management skills to lead teams, mentor, review performance and counsel employees ability to take responsibility good analytical skills ability to business trips 10% of working time conditions: fixed salary + annual bonuses based on perfomance health insurance from the 1st working day office in moscow centre (kurskaya metro station) lunches + mobile phone allowances additional week of vacations
