компания "joom" joom is an international marketplace – the fastest-growing e-commerce service in europe. the first version of our app was launched in the summer of 2016, and by now we’ve had over 400 million users across the globe. since 2019 we’ve been actively developing the turkish market. the amount of joom turkish merchants grows and so does our account management team. now we are looking for an account manager, who will establish long-term relations with existing turkish merchants, help the newbies get onboarded and grow their sales. responsibilities effectively handle and resolve merchant concerns and support issues maintain existing merchants’ loyalty communicate relevant merchant complaints or inquiries to the product team constantly search for the ways to increase sales of the turkish merchants on the platform and increase their business efficiency negotiate a better pricing policy with existing merchants provide onboarding for the new merchants coordinate closely with the merchant services team to ensure smooth merchant transition onto the joom marketplace participate in industry conferences to establish joom as a leading b2b partner in turkey requirements advanced turkish experience in client account management or b2b sales upper-intermediate english good communication skills analytical mindset proactive approach preferred experience in marketing experience in cross-border e-commerce experience in working with turkish clients good knowledge of excel we are offering a comfortable office in moscow (cska/dinamo station) or remote work relocation package stock options flexible schedule work equipment of your choice medical insurance corporate mortgage lunches
