Supply Chain Specialist

компания "псн казстрой" wood (trading locally as wood kss jsc) is currently looking for supply chain specialist to be based in atyrau. responsibilities: responsible for the execution of specific aspects of supply chain management including expediting, procurement, subcontracts, negotiation and reporting of major procurement packages/subcontracts; clear understanding of the client’s head contract requirements including jsc responsibilities and knowledge of how these are integrated into project supply chain strategies, plans, procedures and terms and conditions; has working knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, interfaces with jsc legal/commercial experts and can under guidance initiate/discuss adaptations in order to reach a robust commercial agreement; regularly reports progress of all procurement activities for which they are responsible. ensures direct reports regularly updаtеreports/systems with required information to allow accurate reporting, and escalates any critical issues and risks to project management; responsible for the end to end sourcing process (strategy through close out) for the major procurement/subcontract packages assigned to them; provides guidance, direction and support to all relevant stakeholders on both woods and the suppliers specific contractual obligations and responsibilities; ensures all supply chain activities are carried out in accordance with the project execution plan/schedule and/or contracting strategy, within approved budgets and in line with project processes and procedures; assisting with development of processes and procedures, and communication to relevant personnel; utilisation of jsc approved supplier register (asr) supplemented when required by project/client approved supplier registers for supplier evaluation, audit, and selection; carry out supplier performance reviews and ongoing management ensuring corrective actions are taken where required; ensure that all statutory and legal requirements and procedures are complied with and all actions are fully auditable; ensures that direct reports have a clear understanding of their role, supply chain processes and procedures and provides guidance, direction and support; assist in applying robust performance management and development plans for direct reports; capture all internal and external in year savings targets as per business plan; assist in the implementation of global/regional/country initiatives as per business plans.
