компания "ново нордиск" supply chain specialist novo nordisk is a global healthcare company with more than 95 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes care. this heritage has given us experience and capabilities that also enable us to help people defeat obesity, haemophilia, growth disorders and other serious chronic diseases. about the department supply chain is a part of finance logistics and it department. you will report to supply chain manager and will be a member of the team of 4 people the position in the position of the supply chain cem specialist you will be responsible for the countries as armenia, georgia, kyrgyzstan, turkmenistan: support demand & operations planning process (data analysis, files preparation, kpis calculation, systems update) plan supply from the manufacturing sites both foreign and local based on the sales forecast and inventory level in line with stock targets place replenishment orders to sap and track the status organize shipments and support with the goods clearance process report performed operations to the track&trace system chr(40)mdlpchr(41) maintain credit limits in sap and keep all the required records on it create and updаtеsops and working instructions in the area of responsibility support all the supply chain operations for armenia, georgia, kyrgyzstan, turkmenistan such as: - sales order creation and follow up - shipment confirmation and supervision - supply agreements revision with respect to logistics - performing the customers‘ track payment analysis, providing the balance clearance analysis and assisting in ar management - credit note issuing - support of product launch and changes in manufacturing sites qualifications you have bs/ba degree in supply chain management, engineering or related field. you have minimum three (3) years of experience in supply chain management, production planning or related field. from the technical perspective, you have pc skills: ms office (advanced excel user), sap, corporate related systems and programs, good knowledge of records management and document flow. you are familiar with the proven process improvement & problem-solving skills. you have excellent english and russian verbal & written communication skills, as well as ability to communicate across cultural barriers. on a personal level, you have good at planning, coordinating & prioritizing activities in order to ensure optimal use of resources in the department, as well as good negotiation, communication & collaboration skills. you are able to relate to people in a diverse & international environment, to handle numerous tasks simultaneously. you have analytical type of thinking, attention to details and easy learning skills. you demonstrate quick problem-solving capability and ability to work in stressful situations. you are also able to be initiative, innovative and proactive, to work independently and as a part of the team working at novo nordisk at novo nordisk, we want to make a difference. for more than 95 years, we have led the way in diabetes care. being part of novo nordisk allows our employees to embark on life-changing careers, and the opportunity to help improve the quality of life for millions of people around the world. help us bring quality to life. our employees are passionate about what they do, knowing that their work makes a difference to millions of people who rely on our products every day. are you ready to make a difference? deadline december 23th, 2022
