компания "huawei" huawei is a global leader in information and telecommunication technologies served as a main vendor for world’s biggest companies and countries’ governments all over the world. huawei russian research institute is looking for a seasoned and self-sufficient recruiter with expertise in software development and engineering, data science and ai to join our moscow based team. the recruiter will be responsible for managing recruitment process for moscow based laboratories. the candidate must be able to successfully build relationship both with internal customers and candidates at the same time, follow the slas and meet kpis. candidate will work mainly with technical leaders to bring best-in-class candidates. this role has an exceptional impact for the whole employer brand and serves as a main frontier for the labor market. what you will do• proactive sourcing and recruiting professionals in front of wide range of open positions• develop effective sourcing strategy to build a solid pipeline of candidates against open positions and directions, maintain healthy relationship with candidates to ensure offer acceptance in future• maintain whole recruitment process from initial contact till offer acceptance to ensure fast and smooth candidate experience• build healthy and strong partnership with leadership, team leads and hrbps and act as trusted partner during recruitment process in terms of timelines• gather and clarify technical requirements to ensure precise candidate matching• advocate the best practices and processes, proactively work on enhancing recruitment and interviewing process to meet slas and kpis• use deep knowledges of labor market and competitor trends to provide opportunities to a candidates and differentiate huawei career what you need:• 3+ years of full cycle sw/r&d recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced environment• strong communication skills, both verbal and written• english intermediate is a must• proven track record of successful sourcing and hiring of passive candidates and/or candidates from direct competitors• good understanding of competitor landscape, hi-end technology market and local education system• ability to make cold calls and emails, practical knowledge of modern recruitment tools and technics is a must• experience with international recruitment or within international environment at least
